You will collaborate with the development team to add features, write automated tests, and assist clients through testing, go-live, and production support, while using strong SQL and Excel skills and delivering clear English communication.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in financial services sectors (superannuation, investment management, custody).
• Strong SQL and/or high-level Excel skills.
• Analytical and numerate with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Fluent spoken and excellent written English.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customers’ business processes and challenges.
• Work with the development team to design and add new product features.
• Write automated software tests.
• Support clients through their testing, “go live” and in production stages.
• Respond to queries and change requests from clients via the web-based support portal.
