Job summary

Etex Australia is seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Altona manufacturing site and drive operational excellence across the business.

You will lead Lean, TPM and Kaizen initiatives, coach leaders and frontline teams, and collaborate with regional and global CI teams to deliver measurable safety, quality and productivity gains. This role sits on the Site Leadership Team and supports ongoing development and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• At least five years' experience in Continuous Improvement within manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Lean, Six Sigma or equivalent Continuous Improvement qualifications.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Kaizen and Operational Excellence methodologies.
• Experience leading organisational change and coaching cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• A collaborative leadership style and passion for developing others.

Responsibilities
