Job summary

Give A Grad A Go Company is seeking a Junior IT Systems Analyst in Melbourne to own and enhance an AI support agent from day one. You will analyze its accuracy, update knowledge sources, and drive improvements across AI-enabled automations using low-code tools in a collaborative, risk-aware environment.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams, learning hands-on in AI, data and risk, while receiving full training and development opportunities in a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Degree in AI, IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools, through study, work or personal projects.
• Confident working with stakeholders across the business.
• Practical, self-motivated and happy working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Owning and improving an AI support agent.
• Analysing where the agent's responses were inaccurate, incomplete or needed human handover.
• Updating knowledge sources and configuration based on broker and staff feedback.
• Tracking accuracy, deflection rates and response times to measure improvements.
• Building AI-enabled automations with low-code tools like Claude and Lovable.
• Identifying manual, repetitive tasks across teams that AI could help with.
• Working with Technology, Data and Risk teams to keep solutions secure and compliant.
• Helping teams get comfortable with AI through clear guides and training.

Job Description - Junior IT Systems Analyst

This is a brilliant first step for a grad who wants to work hands-on with AI rather than just read about it. You'll join the Business Transformation team whose tools have taken off so well that they now need someone to own the day-to-day improvement work. You'll start by taking charge of their AI support agent, digging into what it's answering, where it's falling short and how to make it better. From there, you'll move into spotting and building new AI-enabled automations across the business. The team works in a low-code environment using AI tools for coding.
