Give A Grad A Go Company in Melbourne is seeking a curious Graduate Business Analyst to dive into AI and automation. You’ll join the Business Transformation team and own day-to-day improvements, starting with the AI support agent.

You’ll expand into building AI-enabled automations using low-code tools in a security-conscious, collaborative environment and gain hands-on exposure to senior leaders while working three days a week in Melbourne CBD.

Qualifications

• Degree in AI, IT, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools through study, work, or personal projects.
• Confident working with stakeholders across the business.
• Practical, self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve an AI support agent.
• Analyze inaccuracies and improve responses with human handover insights.
• Update knowledge sources and configurations from feedback.
• Track accuracy, deflection rates and response times to measure improvements.
• Build AI-enabled automations with low-code tools.
• Identify repetitive tasks across teams that AI can help with.
• Work with Technology, Data and Risk to keep solutions secure and compliant.
• Create clear guides and training to help teams adopt AI.

Job Description - Graduate Business Analyst (Automation & AI)

This is a brilliant first step for a grad who wants to work hands-on with AI rather than just read about it. You'll join the Business Transformation team whose tools have taken off so well that they now need someone to own the day-to-day improvement work. You'll start by taking charge of their AI support agent, digging into what it's answering, where it's falling short and how to make it better. From there, you'll move into spotting and building new AI-enabled automations across the business. The team works in a low-code environment using AI tools for coding.

Role Responsibilities - Graduate Business Analyst (Automation & AI)

• Owning and improving an AI support agent
• Analysing where the agent's responses were inaccurate, incomplete or needed human handover
• Updating knowledge sources and configuration based on broker and staff feedback
• Tracking accuracy, deflection rates and response times to measure improvements
• Building AI-enabled automations with low-code tools like Claude and Lovable
• Identifying manual, repetitive tasks across teams that AI could help with
• Working with Technology, Data and Risk teams to keep solutions secure and compliant
• Helping teams get comfortable with AI through clear guides and training
