Job summary

L3Harris Australia is seeking a Junior IT Support Officer to serve as the primary IT resolutions contact in the Help Desk queue. You will install, deploy, maintain, and troubleshoot a range of technologies including Windows 10 workstations, video conferencing, and mobile devices, while adhering to established processes and SLAs.

As an entry-level professional, you will work under guidance, contribute to system/process improvements, and collaborate across teams to drive high-quality customer

Qualifications

• Diploma of IT – Networking or equivalent.
• Strong technical knowledge of hardware, software, and network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of ITSM Best Practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and chat.
• Manage SLAs and response times.
• Create and maintain KBAs to speed up resolutions.
• Document all interactions in ServiceNow.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
