Future Fence, based in Brisbane, seeks a Junior Installer/Fencer to join our team and progress into a senior role. You’ll install fencing systems and automate gates, with heavy training and support from the Installation Manager. A path to advancement is available for ambitious, reliable candidates who are physically fit and hold a White Card.

We offer a $70,000 base salary plus super, plus KPI bonuses up to $10,000, and a permanent full-time position with uniforms, PPE, and basic tools provided.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather.
• Basic understanding of construction/carpentry principles.
• Experience with power tools is preferred.

About Future Fence

Future Fence is a disruptive supplier of aluminium fencing products based in Brisbane.

The business is establishing an installation division to handle the supply and installation of Future Fence products in South-East Queensland, including front fencing, pool fencing, pedestrian gates and automated sliding and swing gates.

Future Fence has an established reputation of providing quality products and over-delivering on service. Our installation team must deliver to the same standard on site.

The Role

We’re after someone early in their fencing career. Experience helps, but attitude and reliability matter more to us.

You’ll be working in a close-knit team with a highly experienced Installation Manager installing fencing systems and automating sliding and swing gates.

We’ll invest heavily in your training in order to set you up for success. You’re ability to progress into a senior level positions is completely within your hands as we continue to grow.

About You

You’ll suit this role if you:

• Are physically fit and capable of working in outdoors in all weather conditions;
• Are punctual, reliable and respectful;
• Have a basic understanding of construction and carpentry principles;
• Have experience with power tools;
• Have an eye for detail and the ability to problem solve on the spot;
• Have a current driver’s licence and your own transport; and
• Have a current White Card (or a willingness to obtain one before you start).
