Job summary

Ambrose Construct Group is seeking an Estimator Supervisor in South Brisbane to join a growing team. You will report to the Construction Manager and begin learning estimating, scheduling and supervising trades, with structured training and access to leading technology.

Candidate will develop through a KPI-driven environment, deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships. Competitive remuneration plus a company vehicle and equipment is on offer.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Carpentry and building-related experience required.
• Cert IV or Diploma in Building & Construction mandatory and QBCC Supervisors Licence preferred.
• Willingness to learn estimating, scheduling and supervision.

Responsibilities

• Learn how to estimate, schedule and supervise trades and repairs.
• Exceed KPIs through structured training using industry-leading technology.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
• Report directly to the Construction Manager and contribute to project delivery.
