Job summary

Strikeforce AMC's Retail Safari division in Melbourne, Victoria, is hiring a Junior Data and Reporting Analyst to join our Mount Waverley office. Reporting to the CIO, you'll maintain and extend reporting systems across campaigns and act as the link between systems, programs and clients.

You will gather requirements, produce accurate reports, run KPI meetings, and identify process improvements. The role requires BI/Data Analysis certification, 2+ years' experience with Excel, Power BI/Tableau,

Qualifications

• Certification in BI/Data Analysis is required.
• 2+ years' experience with Excel, Power BI/Tableau and T-SQL.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB, plus AI/ML tools in AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Able to apply AI to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Strong data interpretation skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop reporting systems used across Retail Safari campaigns.
• Investigate and analyze requirements for new reporting systems and platforms.
• Gather, document and analyze business feedback to generate insights and recommendations.
• Produce accurate reporting outputs meeting client needs.
• Act as the link between systems, programs and clients, building stakeholder relationships.
• Run regular WIP, system update and KPI meetings with clients and internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve program performance, reduce costs and lift productivity.
