Job summary

Arsenault in Melbourne is seeking a graduate to join our Employee Benefits team and own the design, development and delivery of BI systems, reports and analysis across Australia. You will build data pipelines, develop dashboards using Power BI, and work with SQL Server, Python and Azure as you grow in a supportive, training-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT, CS, data science or related discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of SQL Server (data profiling and querying) and VBA.
• Knowledge of Azure, Power BI, R, Python is an asset; training offered for the right candidate.
• Experience using Git source control is an asset.
• Experience with project coordination and management is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a SQL based reporting platform.
• Managing and developing data integration pipelines, data storage structures and data cleansing.
• Gathering data requirements, documentation and end to end testing.
• Gathering, clarifying and documenting requirements and designing solutions.
• Data product design, development, and maintenance for visualisations, reports, dashboards, and data insights.
• Interpreting data and analysing results using statistical techniques to create monthly reports.
• Serving internal clients and ensuring accurate, on time delivery of monthly reporting.

What will you be doing?
