Linea Talent Group in Melbourne is seeking a junior commercial real estate administrator or a property student nearing degree completion to join the team. You will support the sales and leasing group with daily admin tasks and front-of-house duties.

The ideal candidate will have CRE administration experience or be studying property, strong communication, and MS Office skills, with an organised, proactive approach. A supportive team and study flexibility are on offer.

• Experience in commercial real estate administration or studying property.
• Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day administration support to the sales and leasing team.
• Assist with property listings, marketing and advertising.
• Prepare sales and leasing documentation.
• Maintain databases and update property information.
• Assist with front-of-house duties, including answering calls and welcoming visitors.
• Provide general office administration support as required.
