C C Components P/L is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic person to join our Hallam team. You will learn to fabricate, install and maintain PVC/lightweight belting, with training and mentoring provided.

No experience is required, but a willingness to work outdoors, weekends, and travel to sites may be necessary. A strong work ethic and safe working practices are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; mining/construction experience is advantageous.
• Enjoy hands-on work in a physically demanding environment.
• Intermediate mathematical skills for accurate measurements.
• Desire to develop a career in the industry; motivated and enthusiastic.
• Construction Safety Awareness (White) Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Forklift, Working at Heights, Elevated Work Platform tickets advantageous.
• Could suit recent school leaver.
• Willing to undertake a basic medical examination.

Responsibilities

• Learn skills to deliver conveyor belting services.
• Support team with stock preparation and movement; keep area tidy.
• Under supervision, prepare, install, maintain and repair conveyor belting systems.
• Prepare surfaces and apply materials.
• Execute and deliver all work safely and to a high professional standard.
• Liaise with colleagues, customers, suppliers professionally.
