Job summary

Yongli Belting Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Conveyor Belt Technician to join our team in Penrith, NSW. This full-time role focuses on maintenance, repair and installation of lightweight PVC and PU conveyor belts for clients across various industries.

You will inspect, diagnose, repair belt systems, fabricate PVC/PU belts, perform preventive maintenance and install new belts, while maintaining client relationships and compliance with safety protocols.

Qualifications

Trade qualification or substantial experience as a conveyor belt technician.
Experience with lightweight PVC and PU belts.
Strong technical troubleshooting ability.
Knowledge of installation, maintenance and repair.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong communication with clients and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose and repair conveyor belt systems.
Undertake fabrication of PVC, PU and Homogeneous belts to customer requirements.
Perform preventative maintenance for optimal operation.
Install new conveyor belts and related components.
Work with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Maintain detailed records of work undertaken.
Adhere to health and safety protocols.
