Job summary

LD Total is a multi-award-winning landscape company seeking motivated Construction Team Members for our Victorian construction team based in Yarraville. You will work alongside experienced crews on hands‑on landscape projects, supporting site set‑up and delivery.

Key duties include site preparation, planting trees and shrubs, mulching and ground works, performing to a high standard while maintaining safety and organisation. Teamwork and a proactive approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in landscaping, landscape construction or a similar hands‑on role.
• A current manual driver's licence (essential).
• A valid Construction White Card (essential).
• A strong work ethic, reliability and willingness to get involved in all aspects of site work.
• The ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.
• A positive attitude and commitment to workplace health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Undertaking general landscape construction and site preparation duties.
• Planting trees, shrubs and other vegetation in accordance with project requirements.
• Carrying out mulching, digging and general ground preparation.
• Assisting with the completion of landscaping works to a high standard.
• Supporting the wider construction team with additional on‑site duties as required.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work environment.

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Construction Team Members to join our growing Victorian construction team, based out of our Yarraville location.

About the Role:

As a Construction Team Member, you will work alongside our experienced construction team, assisting with a variety of hands‑on landscaping activities across project sites. Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:
