Qualifications

• Must be motivated, customer-focused and proactive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Professional presentation and a genuine interest in building client relationships.
• Experience in customer service, administration or client-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
• CRM systems experience will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client enquiries and provide high-quality customer service.
• Support the team in managing client accounts and relationships.
• Respond to client requests via phone, email and other channels.
• Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups and administrative tasks.
• Contribute to a positive client experience throughout the journey.
• Support operational and client-related initiatives across the business.
