Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a growing financial services business to appoint an experienced Financial Planning Operations Manager. You will lead a multidisciplinary team across Client Services, Paraplanning and Compliance and have a seat at the table across strategy, growth and transformation.

You will drive process improvement, oversee AFSL/ASIC compliance and contribute to M&A and integration projects while shaping the client experience and the efficiency of the operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams in an advisory environment.
• Strong understanding of AFSL obligations and ASIC regulation.
• Ability to drive system and process improvements to boost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of day-to-day operations of the Financial Planning division.
• Partner with advisers and senior leadership to improve client experience.
• Drive process optimization, workflow and system enhancements.
• Maintain oversight of AFSL, ASIC, compliance and advice quality.
• Contribute to transformation, M&A and post-acquisition integration.
• Assist with strategic planning, budgeting and broader initiatives.

• Strong knowledge across financial planning, investments, superannuation, insurance and taxation
