Job summary

Woods & Co Recruitment is partnering with a well-established Australian organisation to recruit a Client Liaison Officer for their Gold Coast team.

You’ll manage full client relationships, process retail transactions in store, by phone and online, and maintain ERP records in NetSuite while building market knowledge of precious metals and crypto. This role offers autonomy and a clear path to greater responsibility.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience in a similar customer service or client-facing role.
• Proficiency with NetSuite or similar ERP system.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative approach to client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full client relationship for a loyal, repeat customer base.
• Process retail transactions in store, by phone and online, including cash handling and daily reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate client, inventory and transaction records within the ERP system (NetSuite).
• Build and apply market knowledge of precious metals and cryptocurrency to support informed client conversations.
• Identify and elevate compliance risks.

What you'll do?

• Manage the full client relationship for a loyal, repeat customer base
• Process retail transactions in store, by phone and online, including cash handling and daily reconciliation
• Maintain accurate client, inventory and transaction records within the ERP system (NetSuite)
• Build and apply market knowledge of precious metals and cryptocurrency to support informed client conversations
• Identify and elevate compliance risks
• Contribute to team knowledge sharing, content and research initiatives
• Support broader business functions, including freight, stock and payments, as required

What you need?

• 1-2 years experience in a similar customer service or client facing role
• Proficiency in NetSuite or a similar ERP system
• Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative, empathetic approach to client relationships
• Confidence operating in a compliance driven, fast paced environment
• Understanding of macroeconomic trends, commodities or precious metals markets highly regarded
• Clear police and bankruptcy check
• Full working rights in Australia
