Job summary

Design & Build Recruitment is seeking a Junior Contract Administrator to join the delivery team on a major $300m industrial project in Adelaide. You'll support the financial and contractual management from procurement through to final accounts, working with the Project Manager and commercial team.

You'll gain significant project exposure, assist with subcontract administration, cost control and progress claims, and develop your commercial skills on this large industrial build.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Contract Administrator with a commercial head contractor.
• Strong understanding of subcontract administration, procurement and cost control.
• Experience on large industrial, logistics or commercial projects preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying or a related discipline.
