Job summary

Applied Medical Technology is seeking a Junior Buyer to support the Purchasing Department. You will issue purchase orders, follow up on status with suppliers, and maintain ERP data to keep procurement running smoothly. You will also assist with ISO documentation and inventory control.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, strong MS Office skills, and 1–2 years purchasing experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus; this is an on-site position in Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) required.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to apply concepts in basic algebra and data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Issue purchase orders in a timely manner.
• Follow up on purchase order status with suppliers.
• ISO document control.
• Maintain data in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics).
• Maintaining current MRO inventory.
• Source new suppliers.
• Other duties as assigned.
