Forever New Head Office in Melbourne is seeking a Junior Buyer to drive one of our largest apparel categories. You will partner with Buying, Design, Planning and Production to shape seasonal ranges and deliver commercially successful collections that resonate with customers.

You will gain exposure to product development, pricing strategy and range planning, taking ownership of key areas from concept through to launch.

Qualifications

• Experience as Junior Buyer or strong Assistant Buyer ready for next step.
• Understanding of the apparel buying cycle and critical path management.
• Ability to interpret sales data and translate insights into actions.
• Excellent organisational skills with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Confident communicator with suppliers and stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
• Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
• Passion for fashion and customer trends.

YOUR DREAM OPPORTUNITY

As our Junior Buyer, you'll play a key role in driving one of our largest and most dynamic apparel categories, partnering closely with Buying, Design, Planning and Production to deliver commercially successful collections that resonate with our customer. Working alongside an experienced Buying Manager, you'll help shape seasonal ranges across jersey tops, balancing trend, customer insights and trade performance to build compelling product assortments that deliver results.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded buyer to deepen their expertise within a high-volume, fast-paced category, gaining exposure to product development, fabric innovation, pricing strategy and range planning. You'll have the opportunity to influence the product lifecycle from concept through to launch, take ownership of key areas of the range, and play a meaningful role in driving both category growth and customer engagement.
