Sharp & Carter seeks an Accounts Receivable professional to join their Melbourne North team. You will manage customer portfolios, perform daily banking, reconciliations, and issue invoices in a collaborative, supportive environment.

The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of AR experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach. The role offers excellent training and development with onsite parking and a competitive salary.

About the Role

Working as part of a team and reporting through to the Accounts Receivable Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of customers
• Daily banking
• Reconciliations
• Allocate and receipt payments
• Issue invoices and refunds
• Handle customer queries
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders
• Follow up overdue accounts
• Provide assistant to the broader AR team
• Ad hoc duties as required
