Job summary

Sharp and Carter is seeking an Accounts Administrator to join the finance team on a full-time basis in Sydney. You will support accounts payable processing, manage shared inboxes, and assist with data cleaning and system updates.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone with a degree in accounting or 1–2 years in a similar role who is keen to learn and develop. Strong communication and intermediate Excel (lookup, pivot) are desirable.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting, commerce or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems highly regarded.
• Intermediate Excel skills including XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Motivated and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage shared finance inboxes.
• Assist with data cleaning and system updates.
• Maintain communication with internal stakeholders, employees and suppliers.
• Support EFTsure vendor onboarding.
