• Previous experience in accounts receivable.
• Experience with payment allocation, receipting and reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily banking and receipting activities.
• Process and allocate payments.
• Complete bank reconciliations.
• Set up and maintain customer accounts.
• Conduct credit checks and assist with credit limit reviews.
• Monitor customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and support reporting.
• Assist with receivables administration and related processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders on account queries.
• Assist with month-end activities and ad hoc finance tasks.
