Responsibilities

• Lead and support teams of associates and legal staff to ensure high quality support to judicial officers and court users.
• Coordinate courts’ operations including scheduling of events and provide reports on case management indicators.
• Provide statistical reports on trends and issues related to case management and court services.
• Manage change in a fast-moving public sector environment.
• Develop and maintain positive, productive relationships with judiciary, legal profession and community groups.
• Ensure the policies and standards of the courts are promoted and maintained.
