Job summary

Fulton Hogan is hiring an Entry Level Asphalt Manufacturing team member in Geelong. The role involves supporting daily production activities, assisting with plant inspection, and maintaining site cleanliness. You will work closely with the Asphalt Production team to promote and build the business.

Ideal candidates have a keen interest in production, are self-motivated, and comfortable working in a team. Prior manufacturing experience is helpful but not essential; strong safety awareness is

Qualifications

• Prev exp in manufacturing desirable though not essential.
• Strong communication and organisational skills required.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in a quality-focused way.
• Carry out plant inspection checklists.
• Maintain neat and tidy site/work area.
• Proactive in suggesting improvements.
• Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.

What’s on offer?

Fulton Hogan’s Asphalt Production Department is looking for a Entry Level Asphalt Manufacturing team member to join our growing team. The appointee will be self-motivated, have a keen interest in production and will work closely with the Asphalt Production team to promote and build our business.

What we need from you?

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is desired but not crucial. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Knowledge of industry related standards and specifications

• Ability to work within tight deadlines in a quality manner

• Carrying out plant inspection check lists

• Maintaining a neat and tidy site and work area

• Initiating and communicating ideas of improvement

• Actively participate in toolbox discussions and safety meetings.
