Job summary

Fitin Pty Ltd in Seven Hills, Sydney NSW, is seeking a Joinery Draftsperson / Project Coordinator to own projects from initial documentation through drafting, approval, procurement and release to production. This is not an entry-level drafting role and requires hands-on Mozaik experience and a strong understanding of cabinetry manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Mozaik experience is mandatory.
• 1–2 years practical, hands-on Mozaik experience.
• Experience in joinery/cabinetry drafting.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, plans and specifications.
• Strong understanding of cabinet construction and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed joinery shop drawings using Mozaik Cabinet Software.
• Interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, site measurements and client requirements.
• Develop manufacturable cabinetry solutions from design documentation.
• Prepare plans, elevations, sections and construction details.
• Coordinate revisions and ensure production-ready information is issued.
• Manage material take-off, stock checks and allocations, with emphasis on accuracy.
• Coordinate purchasing with suppliers and track orders to ensure timely production.
• Maintain project documentation and revision control throughout the pre-production process.
