Brightside Collective seeks a motivated Remote Guest Experience Specialist to join the team. You will assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, account updates, and service coordination while delivering high professionalism and care in a fast-paced remote environment.

You will be a key contact from initial request through follow-up support. Candidate will have experience in customer service, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work independently remotely.
