Sarina Russo Job Access is a leading Workforce Australia provider with sites across QLD, VIC and NSW. We are seeking a passionate, energetic and dedicated Job Placemat Officer to join our team in a full-time role at Werribee, with some travel to other sites.

Your responsibilities include networking with local businesses, guiding job seekers on resumes and interviews, and organising job fairs and workshops, while maintaining accurate records and data entries.

Qualifications

• Previous job placement, recruitment or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Strong digital and administration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Previous Employment Services / Workforce Australia experience highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Network with local businesses and community groups and identify employment opportunities.
• Provide guidance on resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
• Organise and conduct job fairs, workshops and networking events.
• Ensure record keeping and database entries are accurate and timely.
