Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate and determined Job Coach to empower clients on their employment journey. You will coach individuals through tailored activities, connect them with employers, and support sustainable outcomes.

The role emphasizes collaboration with partners and maintaining accurate, compliant records while helping clients overcome barriers to meaningful work.

Qualifications

• You don't need Employment Services experience, we provide full training.
• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
