Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients on their employment journey. You will motivate individuals through tailored activities, connect them with employers via our Employer Engagement team, and support sustainable job outcomes while maintaining compliance across records.

You don't need prior Employment Services experience as full training is provided; strong communication and organisational skills are essential in a structured, goal-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
