atWork Australia seeks a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients on their employment journey. You will motivate clients through tailored activities, helping them build confidence and job-readiness.

You will collaborate with employers and the Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable opportunities and support long-term employment outcomes. You will maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and work with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.

• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
