Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a compassionate Job Coach to empower clients in building job readiness and securing sustainable employment. You’ll lead tailored activities, connect with employers, and collaborate with partners to link clients to the right programs and services.

The role focuses on supporting diverse clients, maintaining accurate records for compliance, and contributing to meaningful employment outcomes across Australia.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role.
• A genuine interest in supporting people overcoming barriers.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
