Job summary

atWork Australia is seeking a dedicated Job Coach to empower clients on their employment journey. You’ll coach through tailored activities, helping build confidence and job-readiness while guiding clients toward meaningful work.

You’ll collaborate with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with opportunities, maintain compliant records, and support clients at risk of unemployment, delivering practical, person-centred assistance every day.

Qualifications

• You don’t need Employment Services experience; full training is provided.
• Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is preferred.
• A current driver’s licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
