Job summary

You’ll collaborate with employers and partners to place clients in suitable opportunities and maintain accurate records to meet compliance.

You’ll receive full training and work in a role that supports people facing barriers, contributing to community outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or a client–facing role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders.
• The ability to stay organised and work in a structured, goal driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach clients through tailored activities that support their employment journey.
• Work with employers and our Employer Engagement team to connect clients with suitable job opportunities.
• Help secure sustainable employment outcomes and provide support when clients are at risk of losing work.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to link clients to the right programs and services.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all work meets compliance requirements.
