Cerrone Jewellers is seeking an experienced Sales Consultant to join our team in Australia. You will provide exceptional customer service, guide clients in selecting jewellery, and support custom design requests to match individual style.

With a focus on strong relationships and sales performance, you will contribute to a premium client experience, maintain product knowledge, and help keep the store inviting and well merchandised.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales and custom design jewellery.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of diamonds, precious stones, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service and build lasting client relationships.
• Consult with clients to create custom designs and assist with selecting diamonds.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, materials, and craftsmanship.
