Jamberoo Pool operates throughout the warmer months from late November to late March and we’re seeking enthusiastic Lifeguard Attendants to join our seasonal team.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone who is proactive, safety-focused and passionate about creating a positive experience for the Jamberoo community and visitors.
Key responsibilities as Jamberoo Pool Lifeguard Attendant…
As a Lifeguard/Attendant you’ll play a key role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all patrons while maintaining a clean, welcoming, and well-presented facility. This position is responsible for upholding high standards of pool operations, including water quality monitoring and plant room maintenance, coordinating the timely setup of equipment for pool programs and user groups, and delivering excellent customer service. Through a proactive approach to safety, maintenance, and facility presentation, you’ll help foster a friendly, healthy, and enjoyableenvironment.

This role requires a team-oriented individual with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building positive relationships with both customers and colleagues. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service, strong time management and organisational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a high standard of performance.
