We’re looking for enthusiastic and safety-conscious individuals to join our seasonal team as Pool Lifeguards at the Bacchus Marsh and Ballan outdoor pools. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and wellbeing of our community by supervising pool patrons, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll be part of a supportive team, working flexible hours across weekdays and weekends, and contributing to a fun and active summer season. Interviews will be held between 28th September and 4th October where you will bring your best self to a relaxed, group style interview. If successful, you will need to be available to attend;

You’ll bring current qualifications including the Pool Lifeguard Award with CPR, Level II First Aid, and a Working with Children Check and demonstrate strong communication skills, hazard awareness, and a reliable, flexible work ethic.
