Job summary

Embedded Expertise delivers a high-profile Intelligent Transport Systems project in Victoria and seeks an ITS Project Engineer to coordinate engineering activities and manage documentation. You will liaise with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to support on-time delivery and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

You will work with project managers, designers and field teams on ITS elements such as traffic signals, CCTV, VMS and fibre networks, and contribute to testing, commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Telecommunications or related engineering discipline.
• Experience delivering ITS, traffic or transport infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies and processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ITS technologies (traffic signals, CCTV, VMS, fibre, SCATS).
• Exposure to road, rail, tunnel or smart infrastructure projects.
• Understanding testing and commissioning processes.

Join a leading Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) project delivering critical road and transport infrastructure upgrades.

We are seeking an experienced ITS Project Engineer to support the delivery of complex ITS works across a major transport infrastructure project. Working closely with project managers, designers, subcontractors, and clients, you will play a key role in coordinating engineering activities, managing project documentation, and supporting successful project outcomes.
