Job summary

Transport For NSW is seeking a Permanent Full-Time Project Engineer to support engineering and infrastructure deliveries at the South Eveleigh office. You will provide project management assistance to ensure on-time, in-scope, and quality outcomes, and assist in contract administration and design coordination.

The role requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or Telecommunications, ITS/OT experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work with multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
• Experience in ITS or OT environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
• Current Australian driver licence; willingness to work outside normal hours and travel.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of engineering and infrastructure projects with project management assistance to meet time, scope and quality requirements.
• Assist in administration, monitoring and delivery of contracts; support the Superintendent's Representative.
• Develop project briefs and coordinate with service providers and internal stakeholders for design development and investigations.
• Contribute to project planning, reporting, risk management and stakeholder engagement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and sustainable engineering solutions.
