Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to lead Agile delivery across a large ICT transformation program. You will guide cross-functional teams, remove impediments, and partner with Product Owners to align backlog and milestones.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in iteration management, strong Agile/ Scrum knowledge, and proven ability to drive delivery in complex environments using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira. A collaborative, high-performing culture is emphasized.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years as Iteration Manager or Agile Lead.

We are seeking an experienced Iteration Manager to lead and facilitate Agile delivery across a complex ICT transformation program. This is an opportunity to work with cross-functional teams, drive delivery priorities and ensure successful outcomes through effective Agile practices.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Iteration Manager, Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams within large-scale ICT transformation programs.
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience managing product backlogs, user stories, sprint planning and delivery prioritisation.
• Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, competing priorities and delivery challenges.
• Experience using Agile delivery tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence across business and technical teams.
• Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities, with a focus on building collaborative, high-performing teams.

Highly Desirable

• SAFe Agilist, PMI-ACP or Certified Scrum Professional certification.
• Experience working within large government or enterprise ICT transformation programs.
• Experience coordinating delivery across multiple projects or workstreams.
• Understanding of ICT investment governance, assurance and reporting requirements.
