Job summary

Pikkio, an Italian pizzeria and trattoria in Panania, Sydney NSW, is seeking an experienced Cook to join their team. You will prepare ingredients, assemble dishes, and ensure portions and presentation meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and assembling ingredients for menu items.
• Preparing high-quality meals and food items according to restaurant recipes.
• Ensuring food portions and presentation meet company standards.
• Monitoring supplies and re-ordering stock as needed.
• Ensuring utensils, equipment and workstations are clean before use.
• Cleaning and sanitising food preparation areas.
• Assisting kitchen staff to ensure orders are completed timely.
• Maintaining kitchen cleanliness and organisation standards.
• Performing other general kitchen duties as required.
