Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in a professional kitchen.
• Available to work across a 7-day operation.

• Able to manage own sections and deliver high-quality food.
• Good grooming and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook across varied cuisines and styles.
• Maintain quality and presentation of dishes.
• Work in a fast-paced team under the Head Chef.

• Be flexible with rotating roster and schedules.
• Contribute to a 38-hour weekly roster.
