Job summary

The Toowoomba Regional Council is offering a fixed-term, full-time Traineeship for a Certificate III in Information Technology based in the Toowoomba CBD. You'll gain hands‑on experience, mentor with our Service Desk team and learn how to support staff with everyday technology needs.

You will complete a Certificate III in Information Technology over two years while developing ICT hardware and software skills, customer service, and incident recording in a large organisation.

Qualifications

• Minimum Year 10 education, with Year 12 being desirable.
• Commitment to completing a Certificate III in Information Technology over the 2-year traineeship.
• Aptitude for information technology hardware and software.
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, ability to work in a team and interest in helping others.
