Job summary

MEGT in conjunction with Innova IT Solutions is offering a full-time paid traineeship in NSW to gain a nationally recognised Certificate IV in Information Technology while working on real client projects. You’ll develop technical skills in a supportive environment and be mentored as you learn.

Ideal candidates are passionate about technology with basic helpdesk exposure and strong communication skills, holding unrestricted working rights.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for technology and computers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior Level 1/2 Helpdesk experience.
• Full unrestricted working rights.

Responsibilities

• Help staff with day-to-day IT issues at their desk or on site.
• Fix basic computer, hardware, software, and connection problems.
• Set up, move, and change IT equipment such as computers and monitors.
• Support users with their IT needs and answer questions in a friendly way.
• Scan and update records for IT equipment and assets.
• Make sure IT systems at desks are working properly.

Your Duties

• Help staff with day-to-day IT issues at their desk or on site
