We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused IT Systems Support Officer to join our IT Service Desk team.
This is a hands-on role providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to a diverse range of stakeholders, including internal staff, residents and external partners. You'll play an important role in ensuring our people have the technology, systems and support they need to deliver essential services across the organisation.
The role also includes responsibility for IT equipment procurement and logistics, as well as opportunities to contribute to IT projects, system improvements and technology initiatives.
