Job summary

The CareSide is seeking a capable IT Administrator to join our Perth-based team. This hands-on role covers day-to-day IT administration, maintenance and support of our systems and infrastructure, with focus on MacBooks, Google Workspace and cloud-based apps.

You will be the primary IT contact for staff, ensuring reliable access to technology, implementing security measures and contributing to ongoing improvements as the business grows.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in IT Administrator / IT Support roles in a business setting.
• Hands-on experience managing Apple MacBooks and macOS in a corporate context.
• Experience administering Google Workspace including Gmail, Drive and security settings.
• Experience configuring and maintaining employee laptops and IT equipment.
• Strong networking fundamentals and cybersecurity awareness.
• Proven troubleshooting, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive IT support to employees onsite and remotely.
• Configure, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot Apple MacBooks and macOS.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning and asset recovery.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, network and connectivity issues.
• Maintain device security, updates and application installations.
• Support cloud-based services and permissions across Google Workspace and other apps.
