Journey Beyond is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage the group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring security, performance and reliability across our systems. You will support internal stakeholders, resolve IT issues, and enable teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
You will handle onboarding/offboarding, hardware and software provisioning, and work with colleagues to implement updates, patches and security measures in a fast-paced environment.

You are a service-oriented and reliable IT professional who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, technical IT support. You bring strong technical expertise and proven experience in IT applications such as Windows, Microsoft and telephony systems and cloud-based infrastructure technologies. You have a high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to ensuring IT queries are resolved in a timely manner. Experience in managing user onboarding/offboarding processes, including hardware and software provisioning. Hands-on experience in IT support and systems administration is highly regarded and it is essential you possess tertiary qualification in an information-technology related discipline.

As an IT Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the groups IT infrastructure. You will ensure the smooth operation, security and performance of our systems, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.
You will work with internal stakeholders and provide technical support to resolve issues, improve systems and support business growth through technology.
Successful candidates are required to provide a current National Police Clearance.
