Job summary

Journey Beyond is seeking an IT Systems Administrator to manage the group’s IT infrastructure, ensuring security, performance and reliability across our systems. You will support internal stakeholders, resolve IT issues, and enable teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will handle onboarding/offboarding, hardware and software provisioning, and work with colleagues to implement updates, patches and security measures in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• tertiary qualification in an information-technology related discipline.
• Experience delivering accurate, timely IT support across Windows, Microsoft, telephony and cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT asset provisioning and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Provide technical support via phone, remote sessions and desk support.
• Monitor system alerts and respond promptly to issues.
• Manage IT tickets and ensure timely updates and resolutions.
• Perform account administration within Microsoft applications.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues to implement updates, patches and security measures.
