Job summary

Eil Global is seeking an IT service engineer to join our on-call dispatch team in Bathurst, NSW. The role involves responding to desktop and network issues, installing patches, and providing break-fix services on a freelance/part-time basis.

Ideal candidates will have business English and local language skills, basic Wi-Fi and LAN/WAN knowledge, and the ability to install and administer MS Office. On-site support will be required as per client tickets.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling desktop and network issues.
• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems.
• Install patches to keep systems secure and up-to-date.
• Software and hardware break-fix capability.
• Well versed IT engineer with basic networking knowledge.
• Basics of Wi‑Fi and wireless connectivity.
• Basics of networks, LAN, WAN, Switch and Router configuration.
• Install and administer MS Office applications.
• Business English with local language.
