Job summary

S.F. Holding Co., Ltd. is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to deliver day-to-day IT support and assist with digitalisation initiatives across the business. You will support IT equipment, systems, network connectivity, and collaborate with the HQ Technology/IT team on internal network configuration and related services.

You will also help develop data visualisation dashboards to improve management visibility and reduce manual processes across functions, enabling operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in IT Support/Help Desk/Desktop Support preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, software installation, and troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and general network configuration.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
• English and Mandarin communication skills are highly regarded.
• Experience with Power BI, data visualisation, dashboards, or workflow automation would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support and troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network-related issues.
• Set up, configure, maintain, and manage company computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
• Support employee IT onboarding/offboarding, including system access, account setup, and equipment allocation.
• Work closely with Headquarters IT team on internal network configuration, IT systems, security requirements, and other technology-related projects.
• Maintain IT assets, system records, and relevant IT documentation.
• Support the development of data visualisation dashboards and digital management tools across different business functions.
• Assist in converting business requirements and operational data into meaningful dashboards (warehouse utilisation, productivity, revenue, etc.).
• Coordinate with departments to collect data and support digital solutions implementation.
