Are you an experienced Support Consultant with experience in working within an (ideally) MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment looking for a role where your expertise will make a meaningful impact?

My Client is seeking a highly capable, hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic service team. This role is central to delivering the excellent service we’re known for—supporting diverse client environments, deploying cutting‑edge solutions, and leading technical improvement.

About the Role

As a Support engineer, you’ll own escalated incidents, deliver technical projects, and guide both clients and colleagues toward robust, modern solutions.

This is a varied role covering a broad set of technologies across multiple industries, including legal, logistics, manufacturing and professional services.

Key Responsibilities

• Work actively on the helpdesk & (when needed) on client site
• Problem Solve all IT hardware & software issues for external clients
• Configure and support Routers, firewalls, switches, access points

About You

You are a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology and a commitment to delivering real value to clients. You work well under pressure, balance BAU and project work effectively, and can explain complex topics in plain English.

You’ll ideally have:

• 2+ years’ IT Support experience within an MSP environment (Ideally)
• Proven expertise in M365 ecosystem support within an education / school environment.
• Active Directory & Exchange Support

This role will suit and experienced IT Manager who has experience of working within the education sector & looking to progress. Alternativly, a Senior technical analyst role within an MSP with, IT Pre-sales, & Project Management Experience.
